Spearpoint Coaching will guide you through a 2 and a half day deployment process over the course of 4-6 weeks. Following deployment, you will be ready to start your Scale & Grow meeting Cadence below.

Upon executing the Spearpoint Cadence, we will be meeting monthly:
Quarterly planning, mid-quarter check-ins, executive learning and Annual Planning.
Executive Ecosystem
As you and your company grows, we will be preparing you for the next stage of growth with the Executive Ecosystem.
At the early stages, we will help you elevate out of the weeds of your business while coaching your COO to take over the day-to-day aspects of the business.
As you continue to grow & scale, will be begin establishing leaders at all levels of the organization, while bringing Fractional Executives to help you until you’re ready for a full time executive
Once you reach maturity with a full Leadership Team, we will work on the mindset and methods to ensure that you avoid getting on the treadmill to flatline and decline.
